![]() Finally I showed what’s CVS had sent me and I needed to download on a pdf file. Then finally I’m ready to check in, the airline rep says he needed my Covid test, I showed him and he said he needed to see a computer code. Finally I asked if they were working, one of those guys heard me and he nodded his head, then he said at 12. One guy was playing with his little son, the supervisor was talking to her friend on her phone. To begin with I was standing in line to be checked in, unfortunately nobody acknowledged me until I asked if they were working. These people are the rudest and unfriendly people you can find in an airline. I checked in for a trip to La Paz,Bolivia. Unfriendly, rude reps at Avianca airlines No wonder my dad was shocked when I told him I was flying with them… The customer service here is terrible and I promise you, I’ll never fly with Avianca again. What I don’t understand is if all my flights were with Avianca and they pick the times, how am I missing my flight. I finally get to the gate and can’t board the flight. What bothered me is that she didn’t speak English at all is giving me commands in Spanish that I don’t understand and then telling me to relax when I’m getting annoyed because I’m about to miss my flight. Anyways, that took a very long time for some reason instead of putting my entire bag through the check thing. The plane left a half an hour late and when I arrived in Bogotá you have to go through customs and they have to check your bag, even though I just got off the plane and they obviously checked my bag in the U.S. I missed my connecting flight on my trip from IAD to Cartagena.
